I’m Andrew Masterson, founder of Blue Plume Academy.


After more than a decade in the British Army and subsequent work in Leadership and Development globally, I’ve supported people navigating identity shifts, career transitions, and the pressure that comes with responsibility.

My approach is grounded, human, and focused on helping people lead in ways that feel honest and sustainable.
