With over two decades of experience in leadership development, training, and coaching, Andrew Masterson founded Blue Plume Academy to help professionals become confident, adaptable, and effective leaders.
Andrew’s leadership journey began with 14+ years in the British Army, where he specialised in developing junior leaders, fostering resilience, and preparing individuals for high-stakes decision-making. After transitioning into the corporate world, he became a Learning & Development leader, supporting organisations internationally across industries to cultivate strong, people-focused leadership.
At Blue Plume Academy, Andrew brings a practical, real-world approach to leadership training, balancing academic insight with hands-on application. His programs, inspired by the heritage and values of the Irish Guards, focus on agility, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking to prepare leaders for the evolving challenges of modern workplaces.
Passionate about unlocking leadership potential, Andrew thrives on seeing those ‘lightbulb moments’ when individuals gain the skills and confidence to lead effectively.
