Andrew Masterson – Founder, Blue Plume Academy
I’m Andrew Masterson, founder of Blue Plume Academy and a leadership, career and personal growth coach.
With 15 years of British Army leadership, experience in Learning & Development and deep coaching expertise, I help managers and emerging leaders strengthen their confidence, direction and impact.
Blue Plume Academy takes its name from my service with the Irish Guards. The blue plume helped soldiers find their kin in difficult moments, and my coaching follows the same principle: guiding people to where they need to stand when challenges feel overwhelming.
